With a career spanning more than a quarter century, Posner has worked in virtually every facet of the international trade and transport industry.  Starting out as a traffic assistant for a major steel importer, Posner quickly moved up to management positions in traffic and export trading for international commodity trading houses.  A chance to return to Florida in the mid 80’s led to a decade’s worth of experience in stevedoring, terminal and vessel operations, warehouse management and ship’s agency.   After establishing a successful general agency and consultancy division for his Tampa employer, Posner struck out on his own opening the doors of North American General Agents, Inc. in 1997.  Posner’s considerable experience in and knowledge of the refrigerated cargo industry has led to a number of long-term general agency agreements.

A native New Yorker, Garelli has more than 20 years of experience in stevedoring and terminal operations, super cargo and quality assurance.  Garelli has the unique experience of approaching cargo handling operations from the perspective of being the shipper, the stevedore, the vessel operator and the cargo superintendent.  Garelli has an extensive background in vessel planning, safety and ISPS auditing and experience with a full range of dry, bulk, reefer, container, project and liquid cargoes.

Dave Boles has over thirty years of chartering and vessel operations experience. Dave started his career working as an assistant traffic manager for an international trading company and then proceeded to move up the ladder to chartering manager within a few years. He then ventured out on his own, joint venturing with a London-based ship brokerage, A.S.L. Shipping and Trading, to create the U.S.A. office of A.S.L. International Inc. a ship brokerage specializing in dry bulk and refrigerated vessel charters and operations. Boles has extensive experience in rating, chartering negotiations and vessel operations. Along with this experience, Dave also has the knowledge and contacts in sourcing and supply of machinery, electronics, and other equipment.
